About The Position

At Ardham Technologies, the Inside Support Representative serves as a key partner to our sales and engineering teams, helping drive opportunities from quote through close. This is an early-career sales role designed for individuals who are organized, proactive, and ready to build a long-term career in technology sales or consulting. You’ll take ownership of quotes, order coordination, and client communication while learning the fundamentals of IT infrastructure solutions and the sales lifecycle. Working alongside experienced Account Managers and Engineers, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to real client engagements and develop the skills needed to grow into Inside Sales, Account Management, or Technical Sales roles. If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team that supports customers, this is a strong stepping stone into a high-growth career.

  • Candidates must reside in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area or be within reasonable commuting distance to Ardham’s offices
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background and employment verification checks

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or administrative coordination preferred
  • Experience working with CRM systems, quoting tools, or business software is a plus
  • Exposure to technology, IT services, or consulting environments is helpful but not required
  • We value aptitude, attitude, and coachability as much as prior experience
  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage customer quotes, proposals, and pricing requests
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and distributors to confirm availability and configurations
  • Ensure quotes are accurate, timely, and aligned with client needs
  • Assist in moving opportunities forward through consistent follow-up
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for order and quote-related questions
  • Provide proactive updates on order status and timelines
  • Build professional relationships with clients and vendor partners
  • Track opportunities, orders, and customer data within CRM and quoting tools
  • Maintain clean and accurate records to support forecasting and reporting
  • Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Develop knowledge of Ardham’s solutions, vendors, and services
  • Participate in training and mentorship from senior sales and technical staff
  • Take on increasing responsibility as skills and confidence grow
