The Inside Solution Provider supports professional customers by assisting them with electronic part catalogs like Weblink and WorldPac, providing specification sheets, and accessing online sources for vehicle information. The role involves managing inventory of stocked parts at customer locations, assisting with daily stock orders, and removing aged products. A key aspect is sourcing and ordering requested parts for mechanical repair processes, monitoring delivery times, and looking for opportunities to improve service levels. The position also includes sourcing OE product and assisting in sourcing recycled parts. Responsibilities extend to following up on ordered product ETAs, tracking RTVs, cores, and warranties, and attending professional customer production meetings. Furthermore, the role aims to reduce OE spend by identifying alternative product sources, coordinating product information and awareness training for technicians, and reviewing cars for potential parts. It also involves identifying cars in parts hold and finding solutions, verifying basic market basket product availability for reconditioning, and managing a hardware program. The Inside Solution Provider is expected to provide feedback to customer management and anticipate customer needs.
