Requirements
- Proficiency in creating reports and analyzing data.
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain clear channels of communication.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to perform routine office and showroom activities.

- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Must be able to pass a 7-year background check.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing.
Responsibilities
- Manage all communications, quotes, and project coordination for assigned accounts (builders, contractors, repeat clients).
- Ensure proactive follow-up for a seamless customer experience.
- Build strong relationships and guide clients through product selection, design decisions, and project expectations.
- Prepare accurate quotes and sales orders, ensuring all measurements, specifications, and pricing meet company standards.
- Track leads and opportunities in systems to maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Template, Production, and Installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Confirm job site readiness.
- Proactively resolve issues and maintain clear documentation for internal teams.
- Deliver a high-quality experience that embodies VVG brand standards.
