About The Position
Northwest Tire is hiring an Inside Salesperson to support the team in providing an excellent customer experience. The inside sales staff helps keep the service department operating by assisting walk-in customers and ensuring outside sales team work orders are completed efficiently. Customer service is a priority, and the company values personality and drive. Tire and mechanical knowledge are beneficial, but Northwest Tire is willing to help employees grow in the industry. No experience is needed, but applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Northwest Tire has served North Dakota and surrounding areas for 45 years and offers stable employment opportunities with excellent facilities and equipment. The workplace is drug free.

Responsibilities
- Answer phones.
