About The Position
Atlantech Distribution is seeking an experienced Inside Sales/Customer Service employee for an immediate opportunity. This role involves providing quotes, developing product knowledge, working with management on sales plans, and offering consistent customer service. The position is within a business-to-business distribution environment, and training will be provided. Compensation includes base salary and bonus plans.
Requirements
- Experience in a business to business distribution environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and assist in all aspects of branch sales functions
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be capable and willing to assist with warehouse function as needed

Responsibilities
- Provide quotes to customers and proactively follow up on opportunities
- Develop product knowledge of Commercial and Industrial Insulation, FRP paneling, and all other products
- Work with manager on goals and sales plan aligned with branch performance goals
- Provide consistent and proactive customer service from start to finish of order process
- Assist with warehouse functions as needed
