About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative provides exceptional customer service to customers entering the store, ensuring a positive and productive visit. This role involves assisting customers, answering their questions, and guiding them to the products they need. The Inside Sales Counter is the daily face of the company, engaging with and assisting customers who call or walk in. This dynamic role offers exposure to nearly every aspect of the building industry and is a prime stepping stone for advancement into building materials sales. Successful employees are adept problem solvers, capable of finding creative solutions to meet customer needs by leveraging all available resources ethically and beneficially for all parties.
