Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service/order entry role; in distribution is preferred
- Experience using ERP like Cloud Suite Distribution, Sxe, etc preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Suite of products, Word, Excel, etc required
Responsibilities
- Answer phone or email inquiries immediately and assist customers with questions on product selection, price inquiries, order status, etc with outstanding customer service
- Enter orders accurately into our ERP system that are sent from Territory managers or customers
- Provide quotes upon request to customers or Territory Managers and convert a quote to an order upon request
- Interface with purchasing to get Purchase orders for items customers request that are not in stock
- Responsible for complete order management, including expediting orders as needed and all communication with the customer.
