As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support customers by phone and email, enter and review orders and quotations, and follow through on product deliveries and information requests to ensure customer needs are met promptly and professionally. You will work extensively within our ERP system and business partner portals.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service/order entry role; in distribution is preferred
• Experience using ERP like Cloud Suite Distribution, Sxe, etc preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Suite of products, Word, Excel, etc required
• Ability to work in an office environment and sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to stand, walk, use stairs and walk in warehouse environment
• Ability to work in front of computer screens for an extended period of time
• Ability to talk on the phone, answer calls, type and respond to emails

Responsibilities

• Answer phone or email inquiries immediately and assist customers with questions on product selection, price inquiries, order status, etc with outstanding customer service
• Enter orders accurately into our ERP system that are sent from Territory managers or customers
• Provide quotes upon request to customers or Territory Managers and convert a quote to an order upon request
• Interface with purchasing to get Purchase orders for items customers request that are not in stock
• Responsible for complete order management, including expediting orders as needed and all communication with the customer.
• Other duties as assigned
