About The Position

This position will be responsible for coordinating, tracking, and managing project activities that focuses on products that include pipes, valves and fittings. Key Responsibilities include: Tracking and managing project schedules and deadlines. Communicating with team members and stakeholders. Holding team accountable to ensure project goals are met. He/She will also assist in logistics management, order entry, documentation, and customer/vendor relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1-year work experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using MS office programs (Outlook, Excel, PPT, etc.).
• Eager to learn and grow with a team first focus.
• Basic knowledge of PVF (Pipe, valve and fitting products).

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience managing projects and deadlines preferred.
• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry (preferred experience).
