Requirements

  • 4+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (industrial or automation industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (sales and invoicing).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Positive attitude, team player, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and follow up to close sales.
  • Handle purchasing activities — place orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and help identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
