The Inside Sales Professional at Pref-Tech will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound phone calls and emails. This role involves understanding customer needs and requirements, routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales and Design Professional (SDP) for further development and closure, and working with customers to ensure a smooth sales process. The Inside Sales Professional will handle most material-only sales and support their designated SDP with Preferred Partner accounts. Additionally, this role provides backup to the Sales Coordinator and SDPs in their absence, demonstrates excellent customer service and professionalism, and develops leads to present additional products to current customers.
