About The Position

Applicant will work with Outside Sales Staff with ordering, research and sales promotions. They will also help with overflow Parts Counter inbound phone calls. The applicant must have an in depth knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and have computer skills to submit parts orders and parts research. The position will be be Monday through Friday and every 3rd Saturday. On these weeks applicant will have one day off during the week.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of heavy-duty trucks.
• Computer skills to submit parts orders and parts research.
• Familiarity with heavy-duty trucks, especially class 7-8 (Kenworth, Paccar platform).
• Basic understanding of diesel engines, drive components and truck systems.
• Ability to read parts diagrams and interpret part numbers (OEM & aftermarket).
• Strong phone and email communication.
