About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation, a global leader in lift truck manufacturing, is seeking an Inside Sales Support - Customer Experience Representative for its 2nd shift. This role involves handling inbound sales inquiries, providing information via multiple channels, pre-qualifying leads, and disseminating information to the appropriate sales personnel. The representative will also make outbound calls, log and track sales call information, follow up on leads, and record sales results. The position requires participation in training activities, which may include local, field, and occasional travel to the New Bremen corporate headquarters. Additionally, the role may involve working within various branch departments as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment are necessary.
Must be proficient in Microsoft office.
Valid driver's license, good driving record, & the ability to safely operate lift trucks
Completion of background check, drug screen & physical required.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound sales inquiry telephone calls.
Provide information by phone, through email or by mail.
Pre-qualify customer inquiry and disseminate call information to appropriate sales person or department.
Make outbound telephone calls.
Log, track, and communicate sales call information.
Follow-up on sales leads and record sales results.
Participate in training activities locally, in the field, & occasionally at the New Bremen corporate headquarters.
Work within various departments within the branch as needed.
