About The Position

The Inside Salesperson provides service to customers by handling all inquiries and sales calls related to service installed equipment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales management, preferably in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Experience working with telephones and handling multiple calls, emails and retail customers daily.
  • Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritize task.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculation or sales price, discounts and percentages
  • Knowledge with word and excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Self-driven and motived to be the best you can be.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Answer phones, emails and assist with walk in customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
