We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Rep who loves talking to customers, finding solutions, and closing deals. If you’re driven, organized, and great on the phone, you’ll fit right in.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of inside sales or customer‑focused sales experience
  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office
  • A positive, self‑motivated attitude and strong organization skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in safety, fire, or technical sales is a bonus (training provided)

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while finding new opportunities
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, qualify leads, and close sales
  • Prepare quotes and proposals that help customers choose the right solutions
  • Work closely with Field Sales, Customer Service, and Operations
  • Use Salesforce to stay on top of calls, leads, and your pipeline
  • Support inventory planning and join occasional customer events or training
