About The Position

Manage customer relationships and facilitate the sales of rubber, gasket, hose, and belting products from within the branch location. Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must have a valid, active Driver’s License with an insurable driving record

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines via phone, email, or in person, providing technical assistance as needed.
• Process orders, prepare quotes, create invoices, and track order status to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Work closely with the fabrication team to confirm product specifications and assist the warehouse team with inventory needs.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
• Prioritize multiple requests and urgent orders effectively while maintaining a high level of service.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
