As an Inside Sales Specialist (Converter) for the Industrial Business Group Business Services, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by driving 3M converter sales in your assigned territory and driving profitable product sales within the key converter segments. You will establish and maintain customer relationships, understand the customer’s business/sales model to influence key players, and introduce new products and communicate promotions to relevant customers and prospects. You will maintain and update a working Sales Plan with strategies and tactics to achieve annual sales forecast, demonstrate a proficient level of procedural and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needs, and work to attain sales quota, sales quality and sales productivity metrics. You will also share best practices with the team to promote a positive team environment and identify market trends and account needs in order to react to market activity and reach favorable sales goals.
