About The Position

This position is responsible for assembling and prepping the torque converter for welding.

Requirements

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)
• The ability to use handheld tools such as hammers, drivers and press.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to work at a fast pace.
• Good hand dexterity.
• Comfortable using measuring instruments including height gauge, calipers and feeling gauges.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to follow a standardized process to adhere to quality standards.
• Effective communication skills.
