About The Position

1st shift schedule – Monday to Friday from 7:30am-4pm. Must be available for OT when needed. 2nd shift schedule - Monday to Friday from 4:00 pm - 12:30 pm Competitive hourly rate at $20.43/hr. Assemble sub-components and complete final assemblies independently, following minimal supervision. Work in a production cell or with small parts by performing inspection and sorting tasks. Gain familiarity with departmental equipment, tools, and gauges needed for operational tasks. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and suggest improvements in methods. Conduct quality checks per established procedures and ISO standards. Operate equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, carts, hoists, and ladders as needed. Maintain a steady production pace to meet customer demand and delivery targets. Collaborate with team members to review and achieve daily production goals and metrics. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to support site-wide goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of assembly experience
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Proficient with basic hand tools and power tools.
  • Familiarity with Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEH&S) practices.
