The Inside Sales Specialist will be a critical player on the team, managing projects from beginning to end, appreciating variety in their role, and being flexible to assist where needed. This role involves problem-solving, interacting with customers, and working in a fast-paced environment while gaining trust and maintaining relationships. The specialist will contribute as part of a team towards a common goal, assisting with the sales process, looking for upsell opportunities, and managing current accounts. They will also oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success working with customers
• Inventory sales/order systems experience
• Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply
