We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth within the luxury transportation industry by generating new opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and maximizing revenue through effective sales strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales; inside sales or business development experience in the transportation, travel, or hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and client requests in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively pitch services to diverse client groups.
Knowledge of the luxury transportation industry or related services is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).

Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored transportation solutions.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing accurate service, pricing, and availability information, and booking appropriate reservations.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of bookings, including scheduling, vehicle allocation, and logistics.
Develop and implement sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our services.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular sales performance reports, key metrics, and market insights to management.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
