Broadata Communications, Inc. (BCI) is seeking a motivated and talented Inside Sales Specialist II to join their growing team. This role is essential in enabling Broadata’s sales team to drive towards exponential growth and efficiency. The Inside Sales Specialist is highly organized and works closely with cross-functional teams, supporting the sales team. This position will involve Inside Sales functions such as sales backorder review, weekly customer pipeline/open order meetings, tracking and monitoring sales performance metrics, and providing regular updates to the team. Additionally, the role involves working with other departments to ensure the timeliness of order fulfillment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit, is highly organized and efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive, and can multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
