About The Position

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers who are ready to upgrade their vehicles. This is a high-energy, consultative sales role where deep product knowledge meets genuine customer service. You won't just be taking orders, you'll be guiding enthusiasts through one of the most exciting purchases they'll make for their vehicle. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in inside sales, retail sales, or a customer-facing role
  • Automotive knowledge (trucks, Jeeps, lifts, wheels/tires, accessories) is required
  • Genuine passion for trucks, SUVs, off-road builds, or automotive culture
  • Strong communication skills - confident on the phone, clear in writing, and sharp under pressure
  • Ability to learn and retain technical product information quickly
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

  • Strong product knowledge with confident, accurate answers
  • Customers feel educated, confident, and ready to buy
  • Handle inbound inquiries across phone, text, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Consult with customers to understand their vehicle, goals, and budget, and guide them toward the right products
  • Actively encourage customers to complete purchases on the website during each interaction
  • Answer technical questions related to fitment, performance, and parts compatibility with confidence
  • Set clear expectations around installation - including DIY vs. shop installs, estimated time, difficulty level, and any required supplemental parts
  • Stay current on the full product catalog
  • Handle warranty questions and customer objections professionally to build trust and close sales
  • Identify upsell and bundle opportunities across product categories (e.g., lift kits, wheels and tires, accessories)
  • Follow up with warm leads who did not convert on first contact, maintaining a persistent but respectful sales cadence
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including inventory and fitment verification, to resolve customer questions accurately and efficiently
  • Escalate complex technical or fulfillment issues appropriately and follow through to resolution
