About The Position

As a SPARK Inside Sales Representative, you make sales happen! You will be responsible for achieving the revenue and profit targets for the world’s most researched physical education and physical activity programs. Customers look to you for expert guidance on SPARK solutions to support their program objectives.

Requirements

  • College degree in business administration, education, or related field from an accredited university/college, preferred; and/or relevant work experience.
  • A lifestyle or educational background that is aligned with the company’s mission statement “To help teachers and coaches show kids how to have fun and become healthier through physical activity”.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and a Windows Operating System.

Nice To Haves

  • NetSuite and/or CRM experience preferred but not required.
  • Previous SPARK experience or knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales profit goals through successful execution of all sales plans and activities assigned to SPARK.
  • Develop repeatable sales processes and project proposals through assigned processes defined by the sales operating system.
  • Identify and progress opportunities, document sales activities in CRM, and close sales to defined standards.
  • Complete assigned training for process, product, and in-market presentation.
  • Achieve sales quality and responsiveness standards for customer interactions.
  • Complete assigned rocks, projects, and process optimization for operational improvement.
