About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for qualifying inbound leads, supporting channel partners, and contributing to the growth of Evolis’ North American reseller network. The role serves as a first point of contact for prospects and works closely with Sales Managers and partners to advance opportunities and drive revenue. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in inside sales or lead qualification roles.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and CRM skills.
  • Results-driven and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying inbound sales inquiries from website, email, and phone channels.
  • Assessing customer needs and align Evolis products accordingly.
  • Documenting all lead activity and qualification details in Salesforce.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to appropriate partners or internal sales teams.
  • Supporting channel partners with product information and sales assistance.
  • Delivering virtual or in-person product presentations as needed.
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers on reseller engagement and development.
  • Maintaining consistent follow-up with prospects and partners.
