Our inside sales reps are the backbone that keeps the pipeline moving, members happy, and new business coming in the door. Requirements

  • Have a B2B sales background and a proven track record of hitting goals
  • Cold call leads without hesitation and bring energy to every call
  • Highly organized to manage a high volume of accounts and follow-ups
  • Receptive to coaching and applying feedback accordingly
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, Excel, technology, and basic math

Nice To Haves

  • Having experience in the similar trades is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Make roughly 40 outbound calls per day, generating 6-10 quality conversations
  • Work 30-40 new prospects per month from lead to close
  • Guide prospects through the application process, walk them through the platform, and run payment
  • Manage renewals and handle inbound inquiries from current members
  • Serve as the bridge between members and vendors, explaining the value of the partnership network
  • Stay in touch with newer members on a quarterly basis to drive retention
  • Support monthly webinars and attend one annual trade show
