Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to serve as a key connection between our customers, outside sales team, and production floor. This role is essential to delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, building materials, or wood products is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, assisting with orders, quotes, stock levels, and general inquiries.
  • Accurately enter and manage customer orders, ensuring all specifications and details are correct.
  • Prepare quotes and pricing based on customer needs and product specifications.
  • Partner closely with the Production team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Support the Outside Sales team by providing key information, updates, and coordination.
  • Track and communicate order status, lead times, and any changes to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our wood veneer products and their applications.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve processes and enhance customer service.
