This position is responsible for generating new business through proactive outbound prospecting while also handling inbound leads, referral and customer inquiries. The goal is to build a strong pipeline, and close new policies in order to long-term client relationships. The Inside Sales Representative serves as the first point of contact for all inbound leads, functioning as a critical filter between inside sales, and field sales. This role is responsible for rapid lead response, qualification, and triage, ensuring that each prospect is routed to the correct sales motion.
