About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment. This role is the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for understanding their equipment needs, negotiating, and placing orders. The position requires strong administrative skills and a professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction. The role offers steady hours with potential overtime and opportunities for career growth into outside sales or operational management.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment

Nice To Haves

• Previous equipment rental industry experience
• Strong customer service & telephone skills
• Solid computer and administrative skills
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations
