About The Position

N C Machinery is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Machine Sales in our Bellingham location. In this role, you’ll develop new business, build strong customer relationships, and help match customers with the right Caterpillar equipment solutions. You’ll be the primary point of contact for your accounts—owning the relationship, the communication, and the results. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced professionals while developing your own customer base and sales expertise.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of business or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (phone and written)
  • Comfortable working in a structured sales environment with clear expectations
  • Ability to learn technical product information
  • Strong organization and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma required
