Requirements

• Strong phone, email, and written communication skills
• Positive, can-do attitude with a customer-first approach
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years in customer service, sales, or admin support

Responsibilities

• Enter and process quotes and orders
• Follow up on leads and expedite orders
• Solve customer issues with urgency and care
• Team up with outside sales to secure and grow accounts
• Coordinate pricing strategies with sales management
• Share customer insights with key stakeholders
• Protect and grow key accounts
