About The Position

Winston Water Cooler is a leading plumbing supply distributor serving contractors and trade professionals across the region. Our inside sales team plays a critical role in keeping jobs moving by handling customer needs quickly, accurately, and with a high level of responsiveness. Our Idaho branch is looking to strengthen its team with high-performing inside sales professionals who can operate at a fast pace and make an immediate impact. This is a fast-paced inside sales role focused on handling customer demand, supporting outside sales, and driving order accuracy and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for managing inbound calls, preparing quotes, processing orders, and supporting customers from initial request through delivery. This role requires urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. We’re looking for someone who can step in, take ownership, and raise the level of performance on the team.

Requirements

  • At least 1+ year of inside sales, counter sales, or customer-facing experience in plumbing, HVAC, industrial, or building materials
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work with speed and accuracy
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Epicor Eclipse is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and walk-in support
  • Provide accurate pricing, product information, and availability
  • Prepare and process quotes and sales orders efficiently
  • Support outside sales with quoting, order tracking, and follow-ups
  • Monitor order status, backorders, and delivery timelines
  • Resolve customer issues and process returns as needed
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and expand customer relationships
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accuracy and fulfillment
