Requirements

2+ years of sales and/or call center experience in mortgage, financial Services, HVAC, solar, Energy Efficiency and/or home improvement industries, or similar.
Experience with Salesforce.com, Google Docs, Gmail, Mac OS and/or PC.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to effectively manage various obligations simultaneously
Comfortable in a startup environment
Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

Educate prospective customers on program specifics and the benefits of the same
Effectively oversee a pipeline of new leads and applications
Conduct follow-up activities with new leads and applications via phone, email, and text
Perform inbound and outbound communications with property owners
Take financing applications over the phone from property owners
Follow up on applications without a contractor assigned and refer the applicant to one or multiple of our registered and active contractors
Follow up with contractors to ensure they are working on the referred applications in a timely manner
Assist underwriters in obtaining required documents from the property owners to issue a decision and, ultimately, a final approval
Be driven to provide a positive customer experience every time
Provide timely feedback to management on new features, products, or processes that could potentially increase customer engagement and result in higher conversion rates
Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
