About The Position

Join our team at Johnstone Supply as a full-time Inside Sales Representative in Easton, PA, where you'll be at the forefront of the HVAC industry! In this full-time position, you'll have the opportunity to drive revenue growth while providing exceptional service to our customers. This is a full-time position, with work hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. As a Light Commercial Inside Sales Representative, your day will begin with responding to inbound sales inquiries from customers via phone, email, and web platforms. You will provide crucial product information, technical guidance, and pricing for light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. Throughout your day, you will prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and submittals, working closely with outside sales representatives, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. Managing project timelines, tracking order status, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM and ERP systems will be essential parts of your routine. You will also support marketing and promotional campaigns while staying informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide the best possible service to our customers. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, technical support, or inside sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/ERP systems
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applications
  • Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications is advantageous
  • Commitment to honesty and ethical behavior, with the ability to foster a positive team environment
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • We also conduct pre-employment drug testing
  • Any job offer will be based on the results of background and drug testing

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the light commercial HVAC industry is a plus
  • A technical or trade school background is also preferred
