Smart Care is seeking a driven and relationship‑focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is central to our revenue growth strategy and plays a key part in identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across key market segments. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future customers—building rapport, uncovering business needs, and creating qualified opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and support the acceleration of the sales cycle. You’ll collaborate closely with both marketing and field sales, contributing to outreach strategies, campaign execution, and continuous improvement of our lead generation processes.
