About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative position is a tremendous opportunity for the right salesperson. The Inside Sales Representative works with existing and prospective merchants as retail partners with Acima. They enroll new merchants and train them on how to offer Acima's leasing option. We accomplish this by cold calling retailers from inside of our corporate office in Draper, UT. We take great pride in the fact that our sales reps know how to prospect, close, and train their own merchants. This includes using the company’s online portal to manage their applications, answer general questions, and provide program support to merchants. Inside Sales Representatives are also responsible to grow their merchant lease production. Because this growth is highly valued by Acima, Inside Sales Representatives start by earning a competitive salary. Once the personal production and commissions generated exceed the salary, the Inside Sales Representative will be commissioned based on lease production and on the growth of their merchants. We provide the tools to succeed. Our product is a no cost product to the merchant. Yes, it’s free. We provide the training, leads, Salesforce CRM, inContact automatic dialer, and the best product on the market. You will be building your own book of business, that means residual income. Requirements

Proven sales track record of 2+ years of demonstrated success
Account Executive or Inside Sales experience of 2+ years preferred
Cold calling experience
Salesforce CRM experience preferred
Automatic dialer experience preferred
Possess a positive attitude with a competitive drive
