About The Position

GUARANTEED SERVICE is a fast-growing Heating, Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing company serving New Jersey and Staten Island. We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound leads, qualify customers, and close service and installation opportunities over the phone. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and desires consistent earning potential.

Requirements

• 2+ years of inside sales, call center, or phone sales experience
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Comfortable handling high call volume
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CRM systems
• HVAC or home services experience

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and online inquiries from homeowners
• Qualify customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions
• Schedule appointments for field technicians and sales consultants
• Follow up on estimates, unsold leads, and past customers
• Present pricing, promotions, and financing options over the phone
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage your pipeline
