About The Position

The Inside Sales Junior Representative is designed to prepare the employee for further career advancement as an Inside Sales Manager. This role involves acquiring sales via phone from different company sources, expanding knowledge of the sales process through mentoring, working the sales process and exhibiting progressive growth in skill set, increasing understanding of merchant needs and requirements, and closing sales to achieve sales objectives.

Requirements

• HS/GED and 2 years of related experience or Associates and 0 years
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of two years of sales experience, extensive inside phone sales experience or telemarketing sales
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook

Responsibilities
