The role involves working exclusively with clients actively seeking assistance with IRS and tax debt challenges, conducting consultative conversations, assessing client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and guiding clients from consultation to close. There is no cold outreach involved, only conversations with motivated clients.

Requirements

• 6+ months of phone sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
• Self-motivated and coachable
