This is not a traditional inside sales position. We are not looking for someone whose primary strength is processing orders, routing emails, or following established procedures. We are looking for a salesperson. The right person is naturally curious about customers, comfortable on the phone, and motivated to uncover opportunities that others miss. You will support and develop a sales territory alongside an outside Regional Sales Manager. While the Regional Sales Manager builds relationships in the field, you will build relationships from inside the organization through phone calls, email, CRM intelligence, quote follow-up, and daily customer engagement. Success in this role comes from understanding customers, identifying opportunities, and helping customers move quickly toward a solution.
