About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the Rancho Cordova, CA area. Requirements

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • 2+ years in sales, customer service, and/or home services experience preferred
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with leads and potential customers who have received quotes but have not yet made a purchase.
  • Proactively reach out via phone, email, and text to re-engage prospects and answer any outstanding questions.
  • Address customer questions, objections, and concerns to help finalize the sale.
  • Maintain detailed records of follow-up interactions and sales status in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Send reminders, promotional offers, or additional information to encourage sales completion.
  • Track and analyze follow-up success rates to improve conversion strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on common customer objections and potential improvements.
  • Assign all sales technicians to booked sales calls and dispatch accordingly.
  • Receive, track, and assign incoming sales leads from various sources (phone calls, website inquiries, referrals, etc.).
  • Take all incoming tech turnover calls and book all tech turnovers with customers.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report accordingly.
  • Work directly with the HVAC General Manager on sales call distributions and accurate tracking for reporting purposes.
  • Relay accurate information to the team, ensuring quality customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team and field staff to communicate service timelines, appointment availability, and any special instructions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
