About The Position

State Electric Supply Co., a leader in the electrical distribution industry since 1952, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role is crucial in delivering excellence to customers by identifying their needs, recommending products, building relationships, and maintaining product knowledge. The position involves processing orders, providing exceptional customer service, and offering counter support as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to accurately operate cash register
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Previous Customer Service and Sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and industry trends
Process customer orders
