About The Position

State Electric Supply Co., a leading electrical distributor since 1952, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves identifying customer needs, recommending products, building customer relationships, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous Customer Service and Sales experience preferred
Ability to accurately operate cash register
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and industry trends
Process customer orders
Provide exceptional customer services
Provide counter support as needed and assigned
