About The Position

Gexpro Services is looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to fill an immediate opening. The qualified Inside Sales Account Manager must possess a high school diploma or GED and have a combination of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, processing sales orders. A qualified candidate will be able to perform the following task: Processes customer orders by quoting product prices, delivery specifications, and payment terms and by offering substitute products where appropriate. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Communicating with customers to understand their needs, identify sales opportunities, and source products to process sales orders and monitor customer fulfillment. Research and report pricing, products, and current/future market trends information. Processes product quotations and provides continuous follow up throughout the completion of the customer's purchasing cycle. Handle multiple customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve customer issues promptly using root-cause analysis.
