Requirements

• Experience in the HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing industry required
• Proven sales experience with a strong "headhunter" or hunter mentality
• Motivated self-starter with a drive to exceed expectations
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to consistently deliver measurable results
• High level of trust, integrity, and professionalism

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus

Responsibilities

• Follow up on current customer leads and opportunities
• Conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new business
• Drive sales growth and revenue generation
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate customer records
• Utilize strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations and sales goals
