About The Position

Flexcon Company, Inc. is a purpose-driven innovative company and a global, family-owned manufacturer of coated and laminated films and adhesives. Their products are used as functional components in manufactured goods and in graphics applications across various industries including packaging, medical devices, automotive, and durable labeling. The company is seeking candidates for an Inside Sales Representative role, located in the Central or Eastern time zone in the U.S. This role is responsible for generating sales and growing revenue by contacting existing and potential customers and converting leads into sales. Key duties include researching prospects, initiating contact, responding to inquiries, building and maintaining a sales pipeline, qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with internal departments. The ISR will engage with customers via phone, email, and video to provide product information and solutions, forecast sales, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and ERP systems. The role requires hitting target KPIs, closing new sales opportunities, and providing customer service support as needed. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a target-driven mindset are essential.

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in customer satisfaction and/or inside sales roles, preferably in converter/ printing, manufacturing, or raw material markets.
  • General relevant product/industry knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills.
  • Self-starter, motivated to drive sales and own the inside sales process.
  • Strong collaboration skills with other departments- marketing, customer service, technical service, and outside sales.
  • Committed to learning Flexcon’s products and customers markets and business needs.
  • Location in Central or Eastern Time Zone is required.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Salesforce to track, manage, and update sales activities, pipeline, and customer information accurately.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors.
  • Forecast plan and budget on monthly and annual basis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support.
  • Support customer service functions as needed.
