The company is seeking candidates for an Inside Sales Representative role, located in the Central or Eastern time zone in the U.S. This role is responsible for generating sales and growing revenue by contacting existing and potential customers and converting leads into sales. Key duties include researching prospects, initiating contact, responding to inquiries, building and maintaining a sales pipeline, qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with internal departments. The ISR will engage with customers via phone, email, and video to provide product information and solutions, forecast sales, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and ERP systems. The role requires hitting target KPIs, closing new sales opportunities, and providing customer service support as needed. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a target-driven mindset are essential.
