We are now scaling our Plano operations and seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to act as the primary catalyst for our B2B growth, bridging the gap between enterprise-grade tech and local business needs. This is not a technical support or help desk role; this is a strategic, revenue-generating sales position for someone who understands that technology is the backbone of a successful business. As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the engine of our sales pipeline. Operating from our office, you will actively engage with local business owners, identify their security and efficiency gaps, and introduce the managed IT solutions that keep them competitive. If you are a phone-savvy "Hunter" who speaks the language of tech, this is your path to a high-income career in IT services.

Requirements

  • You love the thrill of the chase and are motivated by hitting weekly activity targets and maximizing your commission.
  • Phone rejection doesn't slow you down.
  • You have a professional phone presence and can translate complex "Tech-Speak" into clear, value-driven business language that helps a business owner understand their ROI.
  • You don't need to be an engineer, but you must have a strong grasp of Windows/Mac ecosystems, networking basics, and cloud environments (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace).
  • You are completely ready to pivot from transactional consumer retail to high-stakes B2B consulting where your income is tied directly to your performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive our growth by proactively prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying new B2B opportunities within the Plano business community.
  • Uncover critical business pain points over the phone. You don’t just pitch services; you ask the right questions to diagnose security and uptime risks.
  • Own the front end of the sales cycle. You will map out initial client needs, coordinate with our engineering team to develop custom IT roadmaps, and book high-value discovery meetings.
  • Represent the NerdsToGo and ATI brands professionally through digital outreach, phone campaigns, and local business network follow-ups to maintain a robust, active pipeline.
  • Partner with our account executives and lead technicians to ensure a premium, flawless transition as new clients are onboarded into our managed services.
