About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative at PCNA, your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new enterprise clients. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-oriented sales professional with a hunter mentality.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales and revenue generation.
  • Strong business development skills with a hunter mentality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred, high school diploma required
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • 3-5 years of account management or inside sales experience
  • Prior business-to-business experience
  • Promotional products industry experience highly preferred
  • Must be located in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs, pain points, and fit for our solutions.
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our value proposition.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
