As an Auto Sales Representative, you’ll provide insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, convert quotes into new policies, and show the value that comes with being a GEICO policyholder.

Requirements

2 + years of sales experience with HS diploma
1+ year of sales experience with associate degree
3+ months of sales experience with bachelor’s degree
Active 20-44 Personal Lines or 2-20 Property & Casualty license
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms
Skilled in fast-paced, high-volume call center environments
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Manage incoming calls and engage with potential customers to provide a positive and personalized sales experience.
Identify potential customer needs and recommend coverage solutions.
Stay informed about GEICO’s products and identify cross-selling opportunities to assist potential customers.
Provide potential customers peace of mind by helping them choose the right coverage for the best protection.
