About The Position

dormakaba is seeking an Inside Sales Representative that is remotely based or in our Lexington, KY office. This role is for our Safe Locks business, a leading global provider of high-security locking systems for commercial, banking, retail, and ATM applications. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting new business development, inbound order requests, and day-to-day requirements for our clients.

Requirements

2+ years of Account Management/Inside Sales experience
Travel up to 25% (customers, training, and trade shows)
High school diploma

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge or experience with manufacturing, ATM’s, Financial Institutions, armored transportation, or related field
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Pipedrive)
Familiarity with Spanish

Responsibilities

Drive profitable sales growth through new business development efforts as well as increasing expanding business with existing clients
Solidify reputation as a trusted advisor deploying consultative approach to generating new business
Identify strategic opportunities and establish sales tactics to penetrate and develop specific clients in assigned regions and markets
Continuously review competitive market landscape and recommend, develop, and implement new and creative tactics to maximize sales opportunities and revenue
Perform effectively within a cross-functional team that is comprised of both internal and external stakeholders
